Optimization of anti-bending deformation of aerogel sandwich thermal protection structure

Abstract The failure of the thermal protection structure is very important to safety aircraft structure. In order accurately predict flexural behavior aerogel sandwich structure, first all, for in form statically indeterminate beam with variable cross-section, theory considering transverse shear deformation core layer was deduced. Secondly, by comparing deflections, forms deflection curve and maximum strains upper panel, accuracy theoretical prediction analyzed.
